Various Areas of the site are Client Login Only email us for your password or use the “Forgotten your password” link to have an email sent with your password to your mail address.

As we handle 100's of domains we have had to implement an fully automated hosting account management system. It is imperative that hosting accounts are paid prior to the expiry date as the account will be automatically suspended by the system if unpaid.
Please use our Support Ticket System if at all possible. We have a ticket system so your support issue can be handled by the person that has the expertise in that area of our business. Fees & Accounts

There has been no significant changes in our fees

Our minimum fee without a support agreement is $50 per incident, or at our standard hourly rate whichever the greater. Corporate clients still enjoy their discounted rate (if applicable).
Our support packages offer email & telephone support on a monthly basis which can save 100's of dollars. For more information please see our Hosting Support Packages

Our Terms of Payment are 7 days from the date of invoice.

Important Information

Because our web site hosting packages are now fully automated it is imperative your accounts are PAID BEFORE THE DUE DATE. Our system will notify you your account is due 30 days prior to expiry & send reminders prior to that date. If the account remains unpaid after the expiry date the hosting account will be suspended. This means you will not have a site available in the web, nor will you be able to receive emails.
